That's what i was thinking. Doesn't it have to be certified so they can prove the letter was recieved? E-mail seems jenky for a lawyer.

In a way is a Cease and Desist not a good thing? Bad for the site, but that means we are pushing the limits of WM to a point that MS Does not want us to get to. So looking at it like that I would say that it is a good thing.
