Well remember Dell was king of the Win-mo era for 4 years. They had the most powerful PDA for a loooooong time (X51v). Hell, it took 3 years to see a smartphone match its specs & that phone was $1,300.

I'd only hope that the phone would be x2 as powerful as the X51v.
The dedicated headphone jack, VGA, video power, 624mHz processor & The SDHC/CF slot was a godsend.
