Hopefully we see something soon! Tegra has been talked up for a while now with no actual products to be seen....

Thank god. Qualcomm burned them so bad I don't blame them. I read somebody saying that they hope drivers will come with it. But of course they will. Nvidias not greedy like the big Q.

Also I'm still undecided with the platform I will go with next with all these next gen processors coming out and all.

yeah.. The Tegra looks to be a beast.. But processing power and battery life do not usually go hand in hand...

Well with the TPro, The radio uses much more juice than the processor especially when Idleing. I believe the touch pro has what it takes to be even more battery efficient than the Vogue and Mogul if the radio firmware can be optimized at all. My theory comes from the fact that the 7501A is smaller than the 7500 so it probably draws alot less power than people think.

Aside from that, its been speculated that HTC wants to couple the Tegra with a Sony Ericson chip which from what I read the chip is very small compared to other radio chips on the market. I think battery life will be just fine. As faster speeds come out for mobile they also decrease the processor core sizes which means it requires less voltage. I know Im all over the place but I have a lot of hope here

Your 100% right on that pg... The old Pentium 4 clocked at 3 Ghz drew more power than a new Dual Core...
