It runs Windows Mobile. Unless the Touch and Mogul are dumb phones, I wouldn't call this phone one either.

It wasn't really aimed at you I figured I would just clear that up for everyone that it is running WM6. Except for that first thing you said I agree with everything else you mentioned. My girlfriend doesn't understand my phone obsession...

Keep in mind that this phone will have it's niche market. It will not be for people who want to customize their phones in incredible ways (like us). It will, however, be a great start smart-phone and good for standard features/uses.
