Auctually, they're getting ready to not only lite up 7.2, but 21meg in some places. If t-mobile has good coverage in your area, the speed/price combo is starting to look very very enticing.

Speed is nice, but have you looked at their data coverage map lately? I do agree that it'll be awesome for the people in those coverage areas, but outside of that, not so much. If they had good 3g coverage I would literally consider paying an early termination fee to get this phone with them, but most of their area is edge

But if motorola is successful in getting a roaming agreement to go through with AT&T and T-Mobile, that could mean good things. Not only would there be an app for that, but there would also be a map for that!!

According to wideawake, Verizon is getting their version of this soon. He's waiting on more info from his data specialist

I hope this phone does well, if for no other reason than just to help Android grow and attract even more developers. Roaming agreement typically just give edge data connection though, so you wouldnt gain much as far as data coverage goes. I think the actual phone is awesome, I would just rather have it on a CDMA network. I'm not too worried about it though, my next upgrade is still 11 months away and there will be a whole new world of phones available by then at the rate that new phones are being announced lol.

My wifes line will be ready for an upgrade in May, if this phone hits Verizon between now and then I forsee a Droid in her future (the Motorola one that I currently have to be more specific

) and I'll get this beast on Verizon. I just dont think I could deal with Tmobile or AT&T's lack of good data coverage though.

Banden is one of my favorite noobs

About T-Mobile, I wonder if they are putting up towers here near my house? I wish I knew.
