Hey wonder if anyone can do what i have been trying to do for the last 2months.. Find a site i can get the driver software so i can use my motorola to access the internet off my laptop..?

There are so many junk sites out there at, with all the lures but no content.

moto q uses active syncand windows mobile right? why cant you just plug it into the computer via active sync and then go to start/programs internet sharing and hit connect?

Re: moto q9 modem driver needed

Active Sync actually pulls data from the PC. I learned this when I was charging my phone at my old job, went to facebook and got the firewall error.

If you plan to access the internet using PAM by having your computer dial #777 you need the drivers in that zip file.

If your going to use ICS, the drivers included with active sync may be enough, but you have to first start ICS on the phone.
