Flash Sprint Q9c to Alltel

I'm wanting to help a buddy out and flash my old Q9c to Alltel so he doesn't have to spend the money on a new phone before his contract is up with them. However, I'm not finding too much information on flashing the Q9c. Can anyone help? Thanks!
