Unhappy Picture mail from MOTO Q9c

I'm still confused on how to unzip the file to send Picture text from my MOTO Q9c. Can anyone explain to me Barney style what I need to do?

Re: Picture mail from MOTO Q9c

It's simple really... All ya have to do is open up the zip file, highlight the software within the zip folder, and extract the software anywhere into the storage card, and then you go to where you extracted the software into the destination of the storage card. I have another way which is simpler.
