Motorola Q9c

Just got my Q9c today, had to drive 65 miles round trip to activate it (EVDO) but I had 4 more other phones to do the same thing with. I noticed that on the Motorola web page, there was an upgrade for the Q9m. Does any one know if this will work on a Q9c?
