Questions about Q9C

I'm thinking of switching from a mogul to a Q9C because of the bluetooth issues with the mogul. My question to you Q9C owners is how is the volume with the bluetooth headset when using the Q? I'm a trucker, and I've had my mogul since it first came out & can barely hear the caller when using a bt headset. Hell, even when I have it up to my ear its sometimes hard to hear the other person. Anyway, hopefully i'll get some answers on this. Thanks.
