How to upgrade Q Out of warranty

I have a Sprint Q that I need to update. Sprint store cant do it. Motorola software update says its oow. How can I update the firmware?

im on MP_BSP_C_02.07.61-49P_HW_P2.1
and need MP_BSP_C_02.07.61-69P_HW_P2.1

Has someone made an .exe or something that I can flash from bootloader?
