ActiveSync fails to recognize PC
Help.
Have had Moto Q & been syncing with Outlook using Activesync from my work XP-based laptop for over a year. Every now and then it will stop recognizing the laptop and fire up the Sync Setup Wizard. It shows that the MotoQ still has a relationship with the correct PC, but it doesn't recognize that it is the same one I am on and wants me to set up a new relationship.
Seems to be happening more frequently recently. (Maybe a MS upgrade side effect?)
How do I force it to recognize the relationship?
