Yup, got mine from WalMart for $500, no contract. I called in the morning before work, and only found 2 WalMarts near me that got any in, and they each got 3 units. I was worried they would sell out before I could go, but when I arrived at 6PM they still had all 3 left. This phone is freaking awesome, btw.
