What app do you use for.....

Wanted to start this thread to see what you guys were using for somethings that apparently are 2.0 specific..

Filesystem browser?

Applicaiton (.apk) installer for applications not in the store

Any others of interest, post up.

Just installed Astro for filesystem browsing. Comes with a side app to manage processes too, great app!

Is there an app to browse files on another networked machine?
I use HTC netwrok plugin on my WM phone and can connect to shared drives on my network for media files and documents.

What about something that can scan for media servers on a network like the PS3 and Xbox can do?

I down?oaded ES File Explorer and it supposedly has the ability to connect to network shares. Haven't tried that yet.
