Moto droid Internet will not work

I have a moto Droid on Ntelos wireless. I managed to get them to put the phone on the network . The phone and text messages work . The internet and mms does not. I have tried to open apns by using voice dialer. However it will not open . It opened before i activated the phone but now that it has service it does not . What can i do from here to get my internet and mms to work ?
