wallpaper-what am I doing wrong

The phone will only recognize the actual size of the picture and will not expand past those dimensions. The only way you would be able to get the picture to fit height wise would be to add to the picture on the sides using a program like photoshop. I alter wallpapers all the time for my phone. The trick is to find pictures that are bigger then the specs for the phones wallpapers 960x854. Anything smaller will have to be stretched to fit and that usually makes the wallpaper blurry.
