Which way to go?

I don't have a any real knowledge of this stuff. I did my omnia with roms , just not sure what to do. I still have 2.01 not rooted. From all I'm hearing I don't think I want offical2.1. I want to root and use rom from someone else. What would you all recomend for the novice.

Re: Which way to go?

I'm using droid mod. It gives me 5 screens and I can overclock with it. I modded part of the metamorph black mod into it to give me a black title bar and love it.

Re: Which way to go?

Since you are on 2.01 there is a stock to rooted 2.1 update. This will provide you with the ability to have the latest update and still be rooted to install anything you want on there. It can be found here: http://alldroid.org/threads/16714-2....-2.1-with-root!
