interesting issue, i follow the directions and when i try and apply: update.zip it says file not found, cannot be verified...anyone else having this issue?

i started attempting it off another website, there file was named with what it is with directions to rename to "update.zip" im on windows 7 and i think when i renamed it to update.zip thats what it thought the file was called. so i downloaded this one that was just named "update" and it worked.

oh yeah i remember if on the 2.01 update that all you had to do was rename it update and it would be recognized as a zip file

No, not yet. You will need to SBF back to 2.01 and then you can install the update with the root already installed. It's available on alldroid.org.
