How can I Flash to Smoked Glass ROM v4.0 using SMUpdater

like it says on the title How can I Flash to Smoked Glass ROM v4.0 using SMUpdater?? I want to try a different rom using the smupdater but dont know exactly what to do... Any quick tips??

Once you've fully rooted (with nandroid installed,) perform a full nandroid backup.

Then download the Smoked Glass ROM (nandroid backup), copy it to your nandroid folder on your SD card, then perform an advanced nandroid restore using the Smoked Glass nandroid file and only select System and Boot. After you perform the restore, reboot and you'll be greeted with a pretty startup animation.

Pretty straight forward once you're familiar with the nandroid software.
