Pandora/Slacker Stop in the Background

I've been having more and more trouble keeping Pandora and Slacker playing in the background when I am using other apps. When I return to Slacker it will normally start a new song but Pandora is just dead and I have to quit and restart it.

This seems to have gotten worse over time but I may be mistaken. For a while, it seemed to always occur when I started music then started navigating so I thought there was a conflict there. However, more and more I am finding they stop with almost anything: facebook, twidroid, news & weather, etc. I'm thinking I have a conflict somewhere. It seems to behave better after rebooting but is becoming a hassle.

Anyone experience the same? Google seems to show many with similar but perhaps slightly different behavior but no real answer.

Re: Pandora/Slacker Stop in the Background

i tried testing it just now....I had pandora running in the background while checking facebook and browsing the web. everything worked as it should. You could always try wiping your phone and starting from scratch.
