Re: Overclock Your Droid. (800MHz, 900MHz and 1GHz)

i added a zip containing some temp monitor programs in the first post although i do believe it only works when its been opened because its "on demand" but it displays the temp in the notification bar.

Well your battery should be under warranty but not for much longer. They only have a 90 day warranty.

See if you can get it handled through the mail. Worth a shot.

Re: Overclock Your Droid. (800MHz, 900MHz and 1GHz)

Can someone please explain to me an easy way to overclock my droid? I tried following the instructions but I keep on getting errors. I am trying to do a nandroid restore (based on the instructions) and I am getting error 25. My droid is rooted. Thanks.

Zafrir, it sounds like you are not using the most recent Nandroid version: recovery-0.99.2b

Ah sorry, the file is here: http://downloads.sholes.info/recovery-0.99.2b.img
And the instructions are here: http://www.sholes.info/howto-install...te-sprecovery/

Scroll down to the part "Updating to the newest recovery image:"

Re: Overclock Your Droid. (800MHz, 900MHz and 1GHz)

Running Rock Solid on 800MHz about 23-26c on indle/minimal use and 30-35c while using bluetooth and music plus texting etc... my normal use and the temp monitoring program is realtime just needs more options imo

edit:
after fixing my wifi i noticed that when playing my videos in act 1 they all have tears within them and then eventually will freeze when trying to play.
