End Call App - Not Call Log

My phone going to the call log after every call was getting on my last nerve so I looked and what do ya know, there's an app for that. I DL'd "Not Call Log" from the market and I will let you set your phone to return directly to home or wherever you want your phone to go after a ended call. It works great.

Hopefully I am reposting something that someone else has already. Sorry if that is the case.
