Pdanet Help

I use PDANet (free) at work quite frequently. I have used it since I first got my Droid. I was tethering on Friday at work, I come in today and I get stuck at Initializing connection on your phone. I have my anti virus set to work with my phone's connection and not block it. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the software multiple times. I am unable to determine what's not allowing the connection.

Anyone have any helpful advice?
