new on Droid (and android) used to use HTC WinMo phones

Hello, I live outside the US and I have had several HTC CDMA phones, I confgured very easy to make them work with my local carrier, I only have to run EPST.exe or dial ##778 or ##3424 and use QPST or CDMA Workshop

But I really don't know how to do the same with Droid, I already make voice calls, but I can't figure out how to put the phone on DIAG mode (or similar) to make it visible as a COM port on windows

someone has any trick or ##code to doing this?
