Joining the dark side...

So last night I upgraded to a Droid X from my (mostly) reliable TP2. Man I'm gonna miss flashing those Energy ROM's...

I've been with WM for years, so this will be quite an adjustment. I'm glad I've got this forum for help; I've benefited so much by searching that I rarely post any problems. Hopefully that will continue with Android OS, but if I can't figure something out you can bet yer a$$ I'll be looking like a newb on here!

Congratulations on your purchase and welcome to the dark side! I thought I would miss flashing my TP2 as well but I haven't touched it since the DX arrived!

Same boat. Haven't even swtiched the TP2 on since replacing it last week. I've already replaced everything I do on the TP2 with the same or better functionality/apps/mods on the Droid X, and I'm finding Swype has eliminated my reservations about there being no hardware keyboard.

I agree with everyone else, I still have my NRG ROM TP2 & figured I would probably use both phones.

I stood in line & bought the X the day they came out & haven't turned the TP2 on once since that day.

I held out on Android for quite a while because Sling Mobile & Sirius where not available but both work fine now (although Sling is missing some features from the WM version & Sirius is missing a few channels)

I just made the jump as well from my TP2. I'm pretty sure i'll be happy, this thing is so bloody fast it's not even funny

Thinking of dumping my Tilt 2 for one of these, but not crazy about using Google's cloud for my personal info. Any way to sync with Outlook?
