I know all that, that was where I was at when I posted the question.

I have a flame WP that looks awesome in full screen if I open it from the gallery.

If I drag that cropping box out until it refuses to get any bigger & then save that crop however, the resulting WP looks awful. It's not even close to full size & pixxelly as hell.
