rooting the new ice cream sandwich on a droid razors

hey has anyone tried to root the new ice cream sandwich on the droid razor? I download the I c s files, but when I plug my phone to computer I'm supposed to be in charge only mode, I cannot get this new ice cream sandwich to go in charge only mode. i ran v files anyway and it did reboot my droid and so I thought it was done. but I can't get superuser access.

any clues?
