.cab For Notifications

I was wondering if there was a cab that I could use to set my notifications to a file of my choosing i.e. text messaging (a way other than placing the file in the windows folder; doesnt work)

sorry i'm not sure exactly what you are wanting, but if you couldn't copy a file over to windows folder you might try using Total Commander app to overwrite a file.. it works great for me each time.

not even sure if thats what u meant by "doesn't work" but maybe it'll help =\
