Edit 6.1 background on all screens, not just today page

Is there a way to edit the background on all the screens, weather, programs, etc, not just on the today screen ? Thanks in advanced guys.

No you dont have to use the skins, you can use your own images as well, play around with it

so no one should be posting a thread in the upgrade section unless they meet the requirements.
It's as if the site should have a script that pops up when you go to post a new thread in the upgrade section asking if you're going to ask a question/post a problem(then automatically redirect to regular phone section,
and then also have each of the requirements to post in the upgrade section,
and if they check one of those, then it will allow you to post in the upgrade section.
To me, that's about the only way to get them to stop posting in the upgrade section.

My bad! I didnt actually realize this was the forum I posted in. I was in the middle of updating my phone, reading etc, just posted in the wrong window. Many apologies sirs!
