To end the biotouch process you need a task manager that lets you (the one I had didn't) , this one does:

Its for WM5, but it works.....after installation you have to use the fileexplorer to navigate into the \Program Files\FDCSoft dir & run the app from there.

Why load in order? Just cuz......they who wrote the stuff TOLD YOU TO! Careful, if you question too much authority the ROM-Nazi (Ever see Sienfeld's "Soup Nazi"? Same thing) will tell you "...NO more Cabs for you, TWO WEEKS!"

Couple quick questions:

1. In some of the screenshots there is a meter that is above the start menu bar on the PPC. It looks like a simple gray/colored bar that decreases with battery. Do you guys know what that is or how to add that? Thanks.

2. I have ThumCal and I have set it to be my default calendar. But in M2D on my homescreen when I click on my appt it still pulls up the boring old windows calendar. Any ideas on how to correct that so it'll pull up ThumCal? Thanks.

look on the xda page for vjbrisk method link basically download a program and rename it to calendar.exe

That sounds good but I'm not sure that it'll let me overwrite the original calendar.exe. It won't let me rename it or anything. Or is that what vjbrisk does? I'll give it a try. Any way to backup my original calendar.exe?

It's probably considered a system file or rom file and you will need something like resco file explorer or total commander to change the file name or delete it. I would suggest changing the name w/ total commander(it's free).

It let me overwrite it and I found someone who had a backup of calendar.exe. So I did the VJBrisk method. Thanks.

Do you guys know what the battery meter that goes on the very top of the screen is? Is it any good?

I got the top-screen meter in the PPC kitchen...its much more accurate than the little turd that sitsin the title area. dunno what its called off the top, but if you can' t find one I'll look it up.

I found one called WM Mini Battery - but I'm not sure if that is it, or just a knockoff. Let me know if you can figure out the name of the one you have.

Also, is there a good backup program that will back everything up and actually restore it to a functional/running phone (with M2D and everything). I tried SPB backup, but things seemed a little quirky after restoring. Is sprite better?

Do you guys know why some of the buttons don't work in M2D? When I am in the Text Messaging Tab the "New Txt" button in the top right doesn't do anything. I think there was another one that doesn't do anything either, but that is the one that comes to mind.
