Need Help With Programs Tab Icon Please

Ok so ive been using jmd icon changer and i changed it and it shows up in the start menu but when i add it to the programs tab it has an icon i changed awhile ago and it keeps coming up in the program tab look:
THe icon is right in all of these except the programs tab does any one know how to fix this ive deleted the program, morph gear and reinstall deleted the icon change cache soft resetted i tried everything and cant get it to work someone please help Its The morphgear one with the google icon which i accidently changed it too how do i fix this please help than you.

This drove me absolutely nuts for a while. After digging into it, it turns out TF3D caches all of the shortcut menu icons as .bmg files at: Device - Application Data - HTC - ProgLauncher

Delete all of the .bmg files there and soft reset. TF3D will create new ones at startup and that should solve your old icon problem.
