Rip V7 Homescreen

I'm hoping someone has come up with how to rip the V7 homescreen (the Android lookalike) from the ROM yet.
I would assume that they are in the OEM folder from our kitchen, but I haven't had a chance to look.
Any one have any ideas on to how to find this?
