Got a new Fathom, trying to go back to V5 from V7

So I had to get another Fathom because of my camera went out on my other one. This one updates fine, but I don't want V7. How do I flash it to V5?? V7 is a pain in the butt. You can't mute rings, internet doesn't work with Internet Explorer because it keeps disconnecting and so much more.
I want to flash back to V5, but can't figure out how to do it since it updates now. And when I plug in the phone and open up the update software, it just freaks out and opens 50 windows to select which phone I have to dowload a driver for it. Any ideas??
