Microsoft is releasing another OS along with WP7.

I checked engadget this morning and apparently Microsoft is creating another OS with its own line of official Microsoft phones. The OS is aimed mainly at teens (I would asssume) with a heavy focus on social networking. Sorry if this has been posted already!
