Is the Topas already in the kitchen we got from Drellisdee. And how did you remove the orange window startup screen, I thought i was getting a grip on this rom stuff , but maybe not

Version 1.1 uploading... cricket customization was just "rebuilt" along with several other changes... keep me posted...and don't forget to install proxycap...

Are you trying to check a POP3 email account. If so you can only do this if you have the Cricket HTML package, or run Proxycap software. I also, use Yahoo Plus which adds the POP3 checkability.

Im not using the kitchen from Drellisdee, i started one myself then dumped the topaz rom, and replaced inside EXT the packages for Sense 2.5, there are several packages that needs to be either replaced or added, ill post a copy of the EXT folder with the version numbers...
To replace the startup screen, I replaced the "welcomehead" inside the oem folder, i dont remember exactly which folder... just search for the file...

welcomhead.png file is located under windows folder. Just replace this to change image...

Few questions.

Is the camera 5mp?

Does mms work?

Is is stock VZW carrier provisioning like drell's? I consider that an advantage over nrg.

Is it stable? I was using drell then today it became very unstable and I went back to stock rom as I had to pull battery.

Anyone have freezing issues particularly while using hotmail through Live?

I may give this a go.

HELP!

I flashed to this ROM but am having a couple issues with Windows Live. I want to go back to stock ROM for work tomorrow but now when I plug in USB it will not launch activesync. I can charge the phone via USB but it will not establish a data connection via activesync or viewing it as a drive.

What do I do?

go to settings - connections - usb to pc
uncheck the box under "activesync" that says "enable faster data synchronization"

Didn't see version 1.1 at the first post , download site said version 1.0 . Is there somewhere it can be downloaded? I thought it was uploaded last night.
