For Facebook, when you say logged in, does that mean the initial tab setup...or do I need to be logged in the app or web site? I've got all three going and still "no updates and events" on the tab.

1) If no contacts are assigned to a facebook account, no events/updates will pop up, I guess you know that right? (if not, before playing with it, read the facebook tab thread at xda and use google! lol.) The facebook tab works perfect...

2) I added a button/link called "Standby" on 1.8 MyCleanImagio ... so you would be able to use the lockscreen that comes with 1.7.1 (Im not planning to update the rom with 1.7.1 unless it becomes more stable and less "heavy" but I still think it's a fantastic mod, probably the best for Sense! Runs perfect on the HD2! ... I'm happy with 1.6.1 for the Imagio)

To change the "Lock" on Sense just edit the following (Registry) then softreset:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\Manila]
"HomeLSKArguments"=""
"HomeLSKPath"="\Windows\PowerOff.exe"
"HomeLSKText"="Lock"

After that, everytime you press "Lock", the phone will go to "sleep" mode... on wake-up, the sense/cookie 1.7.1 lockscreen should come up....(if you have it enabled on settings)

Please understand the sense/cookie 1.7.1 lockscreen is not "perfect" yet.... there are a few glitches...,I don't recommend you to do that, just showing you how to do it... (read the thread at XDA for more info)

adortab, thanks for what you've done. I've been using Plain Build Full Verizon 1.8. I'd like to share some thoughts. By no means am I complaining. You are developing what I want, but there are too many things that just don't feel right to me.

My problems:
1) Visual Voice Mail crashes when in the app. "Problem has occurred with VVM.exe". I need VVM.
2) Got the Facebook Tab working. It took about 30 minutes for the application to ask me to connect or link to my friends. After that, took another hour before the events actually showed up (I did update now). Not sure if this is the way the tab normally works.
3) ActiveSync seems different. The first time I synced, not all calendar appointments synced (only of of two on the same day appeared). Deleted partnerships (both ends), hard reset, and synced again. After two hours, never finished syncing. Coudn't stop WMDC. Did the process again. Took almost 2 hours to sync (using standard settings). Then another hour after changing calendar to sync all appointments). This just seems a little more unstable and a lot longer than I experience with the stock rom.

Requests
1) The City ID location touches the phone number in the dialer display. Would prefer a little separation.
2) Would prefer the newer cookies home tab 1.7.1 and CHTeditor 1.7.1. (I know you said there were problems)
3) I like the original dialer.
4) I prefer the Sense lock screens. Don't like the Windows Phone lock screen or the "Lock" softkey activating the Windows Phone lock screen. Thanks for your suggestion on this one.

Cleanup
1) "Getting started" is listed on the start menu and in the "Application Folder". This creates two "Getting Started" icons in the programs display when trying create a link to a program. Not sure if it's meant to be that way.

Question
1) The task manager seem to act differently. It shows and "X" when in an app, rather than the drop down menu to switch tasks. It seems like I have to close an app to get the task switcher to work, rather than always have a drop down. Is this normal?

1) Download the new VMM from the verizon website (default on PIE), there are a few dozen threads talking about VMM and it's issues, it's a Verizon development problem ...
2) Again, read the facebook tab thread at XDA, you need to learn how to use it...does not take 30 minutes to get it working, may take 30 minutes when you don't take the time to read the instructions...
3) ActiveSync works fine for me, so I assume it is your setup, if you made changes to the way it syncs with other versions, please remember to apply the same after you flash a new rom, otherwise some of them will be ignored... (again, you need to learn how to use the software... it's not a rom problem... and don't compare roms with the stock, they are completely different, new software, new procedures, etc...)

About your requests...
Sorry, I have no plan to implement any of them at this point... but for sure you can do it yourself...I already posted replying to you how to change the "Lock" softkey on Sense...

Cleanup
Delete the "Getting Started" yourself, just use Total Commander, go to \Windows\Start Menu\Programs and delete it!

Question...
Go to settings, task manager, tab Button, unmark "Enable the "X" button to end running programs"...

Thank you, good luck... sorry if it sounded "mean"... I apologize... (just remember that it does take forever to put a rom together... you have a few other options to choose, all because whoever put the rom together spent a lot of time, but a lot of time reading, reading, reading, testing, etc... to use its not different)

I don't use vvm. 1.7.1 has features I just don't need.

I'll repeat for new readers. most stable fully functioning rom for the Imagio there is.

I've had zero necessary soft resets or battery pulls since flashing to this.

except for the less developed orange, this is the only other rom I'm confident to have on my work phone. it MUST work and IT DOES

Upgraded to the newer VVM. Got the same error. I disabled error reporting and visual voicemail appears to work. Left message and received notification.

I just tried the 1.8 Customized Build Full Version. It ActiveSynced faster for me than the Plain Build Full Version.

I would love to see a Plain Verizon Build (like the stock) with only the Sense changed (with Twitter, Facebook, Reader, Footprints, Recent Docs, etc.). I prefer to make my own customizations (CooKie's Home Tab, CHT editor, no dialer change, no taskbar change, no background change, etc.)

I know there's a 2.5 cab, but it lagged a little more than I like. I'd be willing to pay for it. Thanks again.
