Also having email issues. When I'm in my inbox (both Gmail and my POP3) and I select a message, for some reason the phone says connecting and then takes me back to the email tab home screen. I choose which account I want again and my email is fine then.

Also having problems holding the data settings, every time I soft reset I have to add the data provisioning.

Did a hard reset before updating to this ROM, maybe I got a bad install?

EDIT: OK, did another hard reset, now everything seems to have settled down and wants to function correctly. Go figure

Thanks Drell for another great release! I like that you didn't include Windows Live...makes a lot of sense. You might even go further and not include myphone or bing because we can always get those from marketplace. I can see keeping in Google Maps tho. It doesn't seem to be in Marketplace for our devices with this ROM. I can find it by searching the site through desktop, but not through the mobile app.

Same issue here. I've had to pull the battery 3 times today after the phone froze. (I use exchange as well.) I'm not certain, but I think the issue primarily occurs when the device is waking up from sleep.

Other than this issue, I absolutely love the latest build!

Anyone else having the issue where hotmail deletes on the phone but not on the Live server? I then delete it from Windows Live Mail on my PC.

I read this also occurred on a MyCleanImagio ROM, but I had not previously experienced it with older builds.

yup, been having that issue on this ROM and the fulldeck ROM. no idea why

I was having the same problem with hotmail . I had a Hotmail .cab on my storage card ( WindowsLive_0409.PPC2005_arm. ) so I installed it. Since I installed that cab I don't have the problem any longer. I think I found that .cab over at xda a year or so ago.

This is what seems to have worked for me. Well-my phone did freeze again this morning opening an email. Seems odd it's a a.m. thing. I just need to reset first thing in the morning before anything else.

Anyhow, I had set my messaging to Delete "Immediately." I changed it to Empty Deleted Items "on connect/disconnect"

The items will now show in the deleted mail folder. Go into tools and hit "Empty Deleted Items." When the mailbox syncs again they'll be in deleted items on my Live account.

BTW: this is no different than my Q9C with stock 6.1 ROM.
