NOOB XV6900 Unlock
I have no experience with PPA's an received my first on the other day from a friend. It was his old phone, and he had no use for it anymore.
The problem is that he gave me a XV6900 from verizon, but my cell plan is through Alltel. I believe I need to "unlock" the phone before I can use it with alltell but I do not want to brick it. I read the guide from this post. From what I understand... 1 I need to connect with activesync 2 I need the Vogue_unlocker_MFG_2.31.exe 3 I run the Vogue unlocker 2.31.exe 4 I may need to "hard reset" (I don't know what that is) the phone.
