Bell Self Serve

Hey i got Vins T2_V2.2 on my phone and it obviously doesn't have the bell self serve app.. I saw a .cab by mixxy but when i launch it, it says cannot find
The address seems wrong.. the starting url is http://selfserve.m-qube.ca
Im in alberta so im guessing that needs to be changed? Not sure what to change it to, or how to change the .cab

Any ideas?

try typing:
http://selfserve.m-qube.ca/bellmo/win/index.jsp
into your broswer...
it should give you the option to transfer to the homepage or download selfserve cab.
