Here is a neat video created (I think) using Adobe Flash.

There's a freeware program called GIMP that could probably do it, but only after a climb up its steep learning curve, which I've not embarked upon. Maybe somebody here has/can? In any case, that's sure a wonderful view of how far, how wide, and how weavy Hurricane Bill's path was. We sure are lucky it didn't strike any continental land area.

if you are into NLvE- thats Non Linear Video Editing- there is a gif export feature in most programs
