HI guys!
every time I flash my HTC I get stuck on the Boot up screen (HTC logo) When I flash with the original flash the phone is working fine. any Idea? thx |

Did you unlock with the 2.31 unlocker first? I suggest you read through codybear's faq over on xda-developers. Read through it several times if you have to. Here's a link to his faq:
