Vibrate on Call Connect

How do u enable this function. I know nfsfans dialers have it on it when u install it. But was looking to use a different dialer, but was wondering if there is a setting I need to change.

Start > Settings > Sounds & Notifications > Notifications Tab > Now look at screenshot below

I don't think so, hence the topic title "on call connect"

Thanks for the help, what I mean is when u dial out, it will vibrate once the other party's phone starts ringing. For example I'll hit send on my phone, then after a sec or two my phone will vibrate when in the earpiece I here the ringing of the other phone.
