flash 6900 htc picking up other networks

Sound like it's a PRL issue take it back to who flashed it and tell them to fix it. If you web setting keep reverting back to the original carrier the phone has not been properly flashed and needs to be fully flashed again. Have you tried one of Ryan moguls cabs from XDA for the MMS. Also Mtro and cricket are roaming partners but you should be able to make calls in that area if the phone was properly flashed.
