vibration on nfsfans 6.5.1 rom

vibration won't work while texting.
reinstalled it last night. hasn't been even 24 hours. even the first time around.
any fix out there.
currently the settings are
"play message on screen"
"flash light for 5 minutes"
and "vibrate"

NFSFAN doesn't have a 6.5.1 ROM.

Now are you talking about the vibration alert when someone sends you a message? Or the vibration when you are typing?

oh sorry. let me clairfy that. his v17. the latest one
and i'm talking about the vibration alert when a text is received by my device. nothing happens.

Are you using Manila or Titanium? If Manila, I've found that the HTC screens for ringer control don't work sometimes. Try going to advanced settings and use the WM controls. It may be unchecked there.

i'm using titanium. but how do i deactivate it and activate manilla?

Settings/Home/Items/ Uncheck Windows Default and check Touch Flo, press ok.
