Bluetooth won't stay on

This is my first post so go easy on me.
I have an HTC Touch. I've had it for over 1 1/2 years now. Ever since I upgraded it to WM 6.1 I have had problems with bluetooth not staying on. When I first boot it up bluetooth will be on but goes off within a minute or so. After that it will not come on. I select it in comm manager and it goes through the motions but then stays off. I want to pair a headset with it but it won't stay on. I installed a hotfix from the htc site but no change.
Any ideas? I am in Canada on the Bell network. The phone has no sim card.

Re: Bluetooth won't stay on

I suppose you have already tried a hard reset? I personally have never used bluetooth on my Vogue but I'm wondering if something is set to time out if there is no connection. Have you tried using bluetooth explorer?

Re: Bluetooth won't stay on

Thanks for your reply. Just 5 minutes ago I noticed that bluetooth was on so I tried pairing the headset and it paired up right away. So I guess it fixed itself. I still don't know why bt wouldn't stay but it is good now
Thanks
