Ruu, error [328] : Invalid command

So I'm trying to go back to the stock Rom. Downloaded the sprint ship version from http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?p=191607

Opened the file. It installed and ran RUU, and will get to 1% and then ERROR [328] : INVALID COMMAND pops up.

The phone doesn't register as a touch anymore on widows mobile device center. Could that be a factor?

What other options do I have. The phone works. It got liquid damage on it a while ago and I need to make an insurance claim, but know that it need the right rom on it. Any advice?
