phone shows white screen with black markings

Think my screen got stepped on but it's not cracked but shows a white screen with black streaks. The phone has a custom rom will sprint replace the phone? Also will they charge me $100? I can't do nothing with the phone since I can't see nothing.

thx...but I rather deal with sprint since they are the ones getting my money from me every month to cover my insurance.

I don't think they will charge you to for a replacement but you will def get a refurbished phone.

had my GF take it to sprint store damn *******s told her it was physical damage and I have to pay $100. It pisses me off since they jacked the price up and been paying $7 a month for almost 2 years. Not going to pay that and probably just buy a LCD of ebay and replace it. Can I call the insurance ppl have have them replace it for me but take the $100 from my upgrade? because money is tight right now for me.

Get on the phone with retentions. Let them know about the bad experience you had at the store and two things can happen. They will credit your account the $100 and have you go through the insurance company or they will send you a replacement. You might have to call a few times.
