pdanet speed? simple question
Is 2.4 Mbps the fastest we're gonna get out of these phones?

Yeah, that's prolly about it unless our carriers change the network and upgrade our firmware over the air. EVDO revA peaks out about there. I'd say if you are getting that consistantly you are doing great!

Well, I was trying to use my phone to run my Slingbox on my laptop then hook up an external monitor to view the Monday Night Football game while we're floating down the river on my buddies boat. We're out in the middle of nowhere so I didn't have wifi.......
But I wasn't getting a very strong signal on my slingbox. Peaking out at about 350-400 Kbps doesn't get you a very good picture. |
