Re: Verizon 6900, Incoming Call Problems
I believe if the person who is calling you is not stored in your device as one of your contacts then sometimes the name of the caller will not come up.Do you have more than one information bubble show up when you get a call? In other words, does one overlap and cover up another? Are you using S2U2 or some other locking software?

Re: Verizon 6900, Incoming Call Problems
Well most people that call are stored in my contacts. If they aren't thn the number is blocked by the "incoming call" phrase. It looks as if the incoming call phrase overlaps the caller info. I am not sure about the software, how do I know?

Re: Verizon 6900, Incoming Call Problems
Also, if I change the screen to landscape, all caller information is displayed, so I am assuming it is some type of screen setting issue but I can't figure it out. And, I am not a big fan of keeping my phone in the landscape setting.

Re: Verizon 6900, Incoming Call Problems
I think you answered your question. Like I said unless you have the callers info in your contacts you may or may not see the callers name, you may only see the number. Unfortunately, it is something that we all have to deal with. I think a lot of numbers do not give the callers info freely.
