Reseting the touch?

Does anyone know how to hard reset the touch without using the screen? My screen is unresponsive and i want to bring it to sprint but want to get rid of some personal info.

Hold down the Talk(green) button and the End(red) button and at the same time push the stylus in the reset hole.

To perform a hard reset:
1. Press and hold the Talk Key and End Key, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device.
2. Release the stylus, but continue pressing the TALK and END buttons until you see the following: This operation will delete all your.......blah blah blah.
Then, release the Green and Red buttons, and then press the Enter button on your device.

How is this different from using the Clear Storages button in Start|Settings|Clear Storages?

Should be the same, but remember that USER13's screen is unresponsive, so the combination TALK/END/RESET buttons is the best shot.
